What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a funnel for marketing and why is it important for every online marketer create one?

It is a marketing strategy used to get prospective customers to buy items from you. It's a selling process where a visitor comes to your blog to seek information that could solve the issue. Through certain tools, however, you can learn how to build a relationship and build confidence with every user.

This will help you understand the needs and wants of every visitor. This in turn will push you to offer the most accurate possible information for all visitors. If you are able to build trust with a potential customer, they are more likely to buy your products. The customer will then turn into a customer.

Many customers eventually become very loyal customers and purchase almost anything that your site sells. A marketing funnel consists of the various steps of the sales process it takes to convert a regular visitor to your website to a loyal customer who wants to buy everything that you can throw at them.

For every internet marketing professional that is their final objective. This can easily be accomplished with a well-constructed funnel.

You've got the marketing tools to grab people's interest and bring them into your funnel. The funnel is opened when they fill in the form that you have on your PERSONAL lead capture page. I use the word "personal" because nobody is going to opt in to your lead capture for business page. They would like to be a leader and not an organization.

The page for lead capture serves as an entry point to the funnel. Clicking the "Sign up Now" as well as "Enter Here" buttons will open an entirely new world of network marketing.

The most important thing is that they're qualified to do it. It's their decision. They don't have to buy your services as a leader or mentor. You can also show them ways to get more leads and cash into their businesses.

This is the way the typical marketing channel functions.

To draw people to your products, you need to offer them a freebie to be offered on the "front end". To get access to the product for free, users must sign up (also called opt-in) and provide their email address as well as their name which in turn will be added to your email list.

Now, you have these contacts on your email and you are able to offer them similar promotions that may be of interest to them.

After sign-up to receive the free offer, you'll be directed to a page that has a low-cost offer or what's known as a trip wire offer. This is the moment they are moving to the "back end" of your funnel.

If they purchase the bargain price offer, they'll be taken to a different offer with a higher cost (normally known as an upsell). Anyone who purchases the lower priced offer will be directed to the next similar product at a more expensive price. The process could continue for several years.
